Well, where do I begin..............?? There's so much I need to do, but can't do, but yet I should do...........!! We came home from camp last night, unloaded our "packed" van. It felt soooooo good to be home. The kids were bouncing with energy that they have been storing up all week! I scrubbed them up with a nice bubbly bath, clean jammies and they were out of it in no time! All my laundry and "stuff" from the week got thrown in the kitchen to be sorted out later.
It was a very good camp this year. The camp ground was full of people, some that have never stayed on grounds before. Sunday the Tablernacle was packed. Bro. Parker and Bro. Plank were the speakers. Both did an excellent job! The services were wonderful. Every service was full of seekers for spiritual help, including almost all of our young people! Sunday night UBC was singing in the pre-service and God's presence was so powerful---people began going to the altar young and old alike, people were praising God all over the building---it was a taste of Heaven all day that day.
It was a great camp all but all the rain and mud. Where our camper was parked, was nothing but a mud bath. Needless to say I kept busy cleaning our floor and cleaning our shoes.
It's storming "again" here and pooring the rain! Our power has flickered a couple times already! I've never seen so much rain.
This is my week to babysit, so we have Clhoe. So far so good.
Here's the news of the day that isn't so good: with the almost 10 loads of laundry to do, my washer decides not to work properly. It has been making a loud noise, but to quite today??? Come on!! ha So thus, my free washer may have seen its last leg. It doesn't want to rinse the water out. Maybe we can fix it??? I've spotted another free one on craigslist, so maybe we can get lucky again!!hee Aren't we just "cheap" or what?
I will post more later, but for now I gotta run. Time to feed these kids. And I think my banana bread is done......mmmmmmm.....smells good! later!

Banana bread sounds so good! If only I hadn't already packed my baking pans - are you taking mail orders? :o) So glad you guys had a good camp (despite the weather). Wish that we lived closer so that we could have went some.

Hey, good to have you back. Now we leave on Mon. for our YC. Bummuage on the washer. I know what your talking about with the mud. Just living here where we do, we constantly have to clean shoes and wash tennis shoes.
